Payment Terms

Our payment structure is as follows (all amounts in NZD):

• Orders under $200 NZD: Full payment is required upfront before work commences.
• Orders $200 NZD and over: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to commence work. The remaining 50% balance is due prior to the shipping of parts or final delivery of consulting reports.

Invoices will be provided detailing the costs and payment schedule.

Refund, Return, and Dispute Policy

Due to the custom nature of both the 3D printed resin parts and consulting services provided, we generally do not offer refunds or accept returns once work has commenced or parts have been produced to specification. Deposits for orders $200 NZD and over are non-refundable once work begins.

Manufacturing Defects: We stand by the quality of our work. In the event of a reasonable manufacturing defect in a 3D printed part attributable to our process, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will work with you to find a suitable remedy, which may include rework or replacement of the affected part at our discretion. We do not cover defects arising from design flaws in client-provided files, misuse, or post-processing by the client.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before work commences for a full refund (if payment was made upfront for orders under $200 NZD). For orders $200 NZD and over, the 50% deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs after work (e.g., design review, material ordering, print setup, consulting research) has started.

Legal or Export Restrictions

Currently, Jonathan Griessel primarily serves clients within New Zealand. We do not engage in the production of parts intended for illegal purposes or restricted items (e.g., firearm components). Clients are responsible for ensuring their designs comply with all relevant laws. We do not currently offer international shipping as standard, please inquire for specific arrangements.
